The first private enterprise in Liandu District was established as a customs work committee
On October 20th, the licensing ceremony of the first private enterprise in Liandu District was held at Ouyi Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Wang Guorong, Director of the District Customs Working Committee, Liu Liping, Deputy Director of the Municipal Customs Working Committee, Shen Jianzu, Vice Chairman of the District Political Consultative Conference, and other leaders, as well as departments such as the District Federation of Industry and Commerce and the District Bureau of Economy and Commerce, attended the event. The full-time deputy director of the District Customs Working Committee and the leaders of each working group of the District Customs Working Committee attended the licensing ceremony.
During the event, Comrade Wang Guorong, the director of the district customs working committee, presented a plaque, and Jin Xianzhang, the deputy director of the district customs working committee, represented the district customs working committee in presenting a letter to the enterprise customs working committee.
At the meeting, Liu Liping, the full-time deputy director of the Municipal Customs Commission, proposed the "four new" requirements of new starting points, new platforms, new responsibilities, and new goals to the enterprise customs commission. Wang Huawen, the director of the company's relevant work committee, emphasized the company's overview and the activities carried out around caring for the next generation of work, such as helping impoverished students, pairing schools, and teaching bases.
Finally, Wang Guorong, the director of the district customs work committee, put forward three opinions on the construction of the company's customs work committee. One is to raise awareness and enhance the sense of responsibility for the construction of the relevant work committees of private enterprises. The main purpose of establishing a relevant work committee in an enterprise is to care about the healthy growth of its young employees, improve the comprehensive quality of its young employees, and thereby enhance the cohesion, centripetal force, innovation, and competitiveness of the enterprise. The second is to adhere to the fundamental goal of cultivating virtue and talent, and cultivate a team of young workers with both moral and talent abilities. The third is to adhere to adapting measures to the enterprise, actively carry out legal education and various care activities for young employees of the enterprise, adhere to the focus on caring for the next generation of public welfare undertakings, and strive to promote the work of caring for the next generation to achieve new results.
